It is declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide and secure "REPAIR MAGAZINES TC10 AND TC13 FOR THE COMMANDER FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, JAPAN" completed and ready for use.
Liquidated damages of ¥35,000 for each day of delay shall also apply if the specified time is exceeded.
The Contractor shall be required to complete the entire work, ready for use, not later than 266 calendar days, including the mailing period, after the date of Award. The mailing period includes the days for mailing of the Notice of Award and the submission of the required bonds and Certificate of Insurance. The time for completion shall include final clean-up of the premises. The Contractor shall complete all the on-site work within 176 calendar days.
