REPAIR EGRESS STAIR, BOATHOUSE AT USCG STA PT JUDITH
The intent of this project is to perform demolition of existing wood stair, create enlarged floor opening, construct new wood stair, stair enclosure and incidental related work to include but not limited to mechanical and electrical. The work shall be located at the USCG Station Point Judith Boathouse on Great Island Road, Narragansett, RI
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million. Payment and performance bonds (SF25, SF25A) may be required. The total estimated value of the procurement is between $50,000 and $150,000. The anticipated construction time is 55 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
Solicitation packages will be available on or about 09 January 2018. The tentative date set for quotes due is 09 February 2018 at 4:00 p.m. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13.
