USCG Base Portsmouth, VA issues this Pre-Solicitation Notice of a Synopsis/Solicitation that will be issued on June 26, 2014, to repair four (4) housing units, located at USCG Station Barnegat Light, 601 Bay View Avenue, Barnegat Light, NJ 08006.
