RENTAL OF HILL-ROM SPECIALTY HOSPITAL BEDS
This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to rent various Hill-Rom specialty hospital beds to include bed accessories for post-surgery patients for the Departments of Surgery, Medicine and OB/GYN at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Mfr: Hill-Rom. Rentals for these items will be placed against the BPA as required. Period of performance will be for 3-5 years. NAICS code is 339113.

Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide all the items and also provide a current copy of your price list for all the items and your capabilities statement NO LATER THAN 10 JUNE 2014, 8:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time or 2:00 PM Eastern Time. VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the items listed on the attached item listing.
A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as defined by FAR 13.303(a) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing quote mark charge accounts quote mark with qualified sources of supply. The award of a BPA does not guarantee nor obligate the Government to any orders to BPA holder in any way. When a requirement for supplies listed within the BPA arises, the Government shall compare prices of all BPA awardees and select the BPA holder that offers the best value to the Government.
