The Department of the Interior (DOI) U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) announces this solicitation for construction services for renovations, in accordance with the attached Work Statement and attached Construction Documents, to the National Wildlife Research Center (NWHC) at 6006 Schroeder Road, Madison, WI 53711.

This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 236220 Commercial & Institutional Building Construction; with a Small Business Size of $36.5M.

In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated construction price is (f) Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

There is a Site Visit Pre-Registration Requirement; Vendors planning to attend the site visit must pre-register by sending an email to Mike Bonds, mbonds@usgs.gov with Cc to Don Downey, ddowney@usgs.gov by 1200 noon Monday, July 29, 2019. The email must include the firmB?s name, address and phone number and the name, email and phone number of each visitor. All visitors must have a government-issued picture identification, such as a driverB?s license,
to be allowed access to the facility for the site visit.
