RENOVATION OF THE EXISTING TOWN HALL
The Town of Argyle, Texas is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from
qualified firms interested in providing architectural and engineering (A/E)
services relating to the conceptual design, engineering and renovation of the
existingArgyle United Methodist Church (Church) facilities for a Town Hall and
renovation of the existing Town Hall for the Argyle Police Department. Firms
with relevant design experience and qualifications are encouraged to submit. The
purpose of the RFP process is to identify qualified respondents (firms). The firm
ultimately selected by the Town will provide full A/E services for the design and
renovation of the existing Church facilities for a Town Hall and its associated
improvements, as well as full A/E services for the design and renovation of the
existing Town Hall as the Police Department facility. The Town is considering
the employment of a general contractor for the purpose of construction
management and administration.
