Renovate lodging facility, Building 5102 (approx. 29,000 SF, 3 stories), at Westover ARB, MA. This project consists of the demolition of existing - and then replacement with new - features as follows: interior walls, flooring, ceiling, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. All rooms will be converted to the current standard which includes a private bathroom. Install fire protection system, mass notification system and elevator. Refinish all interior surfaces, install carpet in all corridors and guest rooms and install ceramic tile in guest room bathrooms. This Project shall be LEED Silver Certified (GBCI). Construction of this project includes Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) windows and elements to resist progressive collapse.
