RENOVATE CLC 3
This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about the April 25, 2018 to Renovate CLC 3 at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-17-601. Contractor shall Supply the materials, tools, and labor to completely renovate the third floor of the CLC, building 78. All work will be done as defined in the drawings and specifications unless approved by the VA. The work will include all trades for general building construction. The trades used will include but are not limited to electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plumbing. All federal, state, and local building and safety codes MUST be followed. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses . The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $36.5 M. The cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
