The State intends to secure a contract for a remotely hosted Application Service Provider (ASP)
application to provide an on-line public library union catalog, Machine Readable Cataloging (MARC)
cataloging system, interlibrary loan system and search portal. The system will be used by 250 Tennessee
public libraries to access statewide holdings, share resources, catalog library materials and search
database resources.
