The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 30 each up to 150 each maximum of a REMOTE DATA CONCENT NG; NSN: 1680-01-500-6388; Part Number: 30201-0501 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system.

Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 30 each, 506 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 30 each, 337 DACA with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000.

Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 30 each, 2nd Year, 30 each, 3rd Year, 30 each, 4th Year, 30 each, 5th Year 30 each.

This item is restricted to SIMMONDS PRECISION PRODUCTS, INC., CAGE CODE: 89305.

The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.

This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
