RFP : REHAB PRE-DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST in Ohio, United States

Acting as the Non-profit Administrator and Developer for the Franklin County, OH and City of Columbus, OH Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Habitat for Humanity-Greater Columbus (HFHGC) is soliciting proposals for services and qualifications for the selection of firms to provide REHAB PRE-DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST. This specialist will assist with a variety of pre-development tasks, including but not limited to pre-acquisition inspections, coordination of required abatement and preparing properties for rehab by Habitat volunteers.
