The City is soliciting proposals to provide a software solution to manage the workflow
requirements during any Regulatory Application process within the Planning and Development
Department.
The City is also requesting vendor qualifications with or without proposals, related to the ability
to provide an Interactive Web-based Development Entitlement Program for the purpose of
automating its development entitlement processes, The City believes that Interactive Web-based
Development Entitlement programs should exist, but is not aware of any specific capabilities in this
area; and is therefore seeking out those abilities.
