REGIONAL TRAFFIC MODEL
The Council is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to update, improve, and expand the existing regional traffic model as shown in this RFP and in the attached Scope of Work. The Scope of Work has been developed in response to the requirements of SB 375 and the 2010 California Regional Transportation Plan Guidelines. Council expects model development to occur over two phases: Model Improvements and Updates; and Model Expansion.
