REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICE
This solicitation for commercial services prepared with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562111 Solid Waste Collection and this procurement is unrestricted. The contractor is to provide refuse containers, and recycle containers; they are also to provide collection, and disposal services for collection services for those containers at Grissom Air Reserve Base in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Base year 1 February 2018 through 31 January 2019 and 4 option years through 31 January 2023. This solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website on or about 21 December 2017 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. All responsible bidders must be registered in SAM.gov to be considered for award. Potential bidders are responsible for downloading their own copies of the solicitation package and other pertinent information and monitoring the FBO site for any updates and amendments.
NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
