REFURBISHED NANO ACQUITY BSM PUMP
The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service, Eastern Regional Research Center, CORE Technologies Research Unit intends to award a purchase order to Waters Corporation, 34 Maple Street, Milford, MA 01757, on a sole source basis. This requirement is to procure a refurbished nanoAcquity BSM Pump HP (800000257. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1, only known supplier of parts that are compatible to the existing associated instrumentation, which includes a nanoAcquity UHPLC, Synapt Mass Spectrometer, TUV detector, software and computer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334516. This will be a firm fixed price contract. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources that believe they can meet all of the requirements may submit documentation identifying their ability to meet the Government's needs.
