REDEVELOPMENT OF THE 2020 OGDEN SITE
The Illinois Medical District Commission, owner of a 13.14 acre site at 2020 W. Ogden Avenue, Chicago, is requesting written qualifications and offers from responsible, qualified Master Developer(s) to provide professional real estate redevelopment through a mixed use development upon the site. The property will be made available to the Developer through a long term Ground Lease Agreement.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be conducted a Pre-Submittal Conference on Friday, November 9, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., at 2100 West Harrison Street, Chicago, Illinois.
