REDESIGN AND UPDATE TO CITY’S WEBSITE
The City is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to firms/teams and
individuals interested in providing website design services to completely overhaul the
City website. The City is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable
consultant team or individual to update its website and enhance the user experience,
simplify content management, and provide better information and customer service the
community, while meeting high standards for design quality and visual appeal. The
visual and technological redesign of the website should increase the site’s overall appeal
and usability and help make the organization more customer-friendly and efficient
through technology.
The City seeks to create a dynamic website that is designed and organized in a manner
that allows viewers with limited computer experience to easily find and access
information, acts as a marketing tool for the City to highlight the community, its assets,
and attractions to potential residents and businesses, is easy to update and modify, and
is able to incorporate additional components in the future such as online payments.
The City’s primary goal is to enhance the City’s professional image and to create a
strong branding campaign for Eloy. In addition to offering the public with up-to-date
information, the website should adequately reflects Eloy, Arizona as a vibrant and
dynamic community full of opportunity with a municipal government focused on providing
excellent customer service. It is the City’s goal to transform the website eloyaz.gov into
the primary internet destination for anyone looking for accurate, up-to-date information
on the City of Eloy.
