RED FLAG-Alaska Dormitory Custodial Services
This is a solicitation for offers for Custodial Services of Contingency Dormitories in support of RED FLAG-Alaska and NORTHERN EDGE exercises at Eielson Air Force Base (AFB), Alaska. This solicitation is an invitation for bids (IFB). Please see the attachments to this posting for this acquisition's requirement and details, bid submission instructions, and bid submission deadlines.
This acquisition is specified as a 100% set-aside for 8(a) program business entities. The designated North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is specified as 561720, Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $18.0 million.
Joint Ventures are allowable on competitive 8(a) set-asides. The Small Business Administration (SBA) must receive the joint venture agreement and all supporting documentation no less than twenty (20) working days prior to the scheduled date for contract award. If you are contemplating a joint venture on this project, you must advise your assigned Business Opportunity Specialist (BOS) in writing as soon as possible. The joint venture must be approved by the SBA prior to contract award. Reference SBA Requirement Number 1084/17/706984.
