RECRUITMENT SERVICES - OKLAHOMA CITY INDIAN HEALTH SERVICES
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation is issued as RFQ 246-19-Q-0075. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-2, June 5 2019.
This procurement is unrestricted under NAICS Code 541612 with a standard business size of $15.0 M.

The provisions of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Oct 2018), applies to this acquisition. In addition to the information required in FAR 52.212-1, Contractors shall provide their Dun and Bradstreet Number (note: Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. This can be done at http://www.sam.gov).
The provisions of 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014) applies to this acquisition. The Government intends to award this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: (1) Price, (2) Past Performance. All evaluation factors are considered equal.
