REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR HOTEL MARKETING
The City is looking to create a developer attraction strategy for the sale of municipally owned property for the purpose of building a hotel adjacent to the Vancouver Island Conference Centre.
This request for proposal is to contract a real estate professional who has the requisite experience, understands the political sensitivities in the community and is effective at responding to Councils needs regarding these sensitivities.
