REAL ESTATE AND APPRAISAL LICENSING EXAMINATION SERVICES
The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a Contractor that will develop and administer licensing examinations offered on behalf of the Board. The examinations required under this RFP include:
Real Estate Sales
Real Estate Broker
Real Estate Property Management - Administration
Real Estate Licensed Appraiser
Real Estate Residential Certified Appraiser
Real Estate General Certified Appraiser
These exams must comply with industry specific standards and be approved by the appropriate certification entity. This includes development of the content outline in compliance with the Board of and providing an ARELLO certified examination for real estate. This includes construction of the exam question database, continual monitoring of the item performance, provide secure exam administration and provide reliable exam candidate identity.
