RDT Center ADA Compliance Remodel

This State funded project will provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and construction services to remodel approximately 1,000 sf of the 11,683 sf Residential Diagnostic and Treatment (RDT) Center for ADA compliance. Work includes selective demolition of casework, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, partitions and doors, including patching adjacent surfaces, and then installation of new or reused doors, casework, plumbing fixtures including water, waste and vent piping, toilet accessories, flooring, partitions, wall finishes, painting, electrical work, and incidental and related work to provide complete and useable spaces.
