RDH-1 CALL 0003: HPEM Transitions
This CALL is for offerors to propose research in the technical area of HPEM Transitions. The objectives of this technical area are to investigate and advance the state-of-the-art knowledge in HPEM technology; specifically in the application of High Peak Power, High Average Power, and High Powered Millimeter wave systems. The effort envisioned herein seeks to research and develop forward-looking technologies, which enable successful transition of HPEM technologies to the warfighter community.
