RAM 5 CASTING EQUIPMENT
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a non-commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 8, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this procurement is N00174-20-Q-0003. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made based on price. This requirement is 100% set aside Small Business. Quotes will be due by 30 October 2019 at 10:00 AM EST.

CLIN 0001 - 1 each RAM-5 Mixing Vessel Casting Gantry
CLIN 0002 - 1 each RAM-5 Pouring Spout
CLIN 0003 - 1 each RAM-5 Pressure Lid

Requirements:
Fabricator shall be AS9100D and ISO 9001 certified. Proof of certificates shall be provided to the government.
NSWC IHEODTD shall have the option to perform an inspection (midway and final production prior to shipping) of welded assemblies and piece part fabrication at the fabricators facility.

"GANTRY BASKET ASSEMBLY" (Sub-Assembly B) shall rotate/pivot freely when installed in the "GANTRY CROSS MEMBER ASSEMBLY (Sub-Assembly A).
Material Volume and/or Surface Resistivity values shall be provided for pieces 54 and 55 prior to fabrication to verify conductivity.

"POURING SPOUT" (piece 1) and "SPOUT CLAMP MOUNT SPACER (piece 4) will be furnished by the government and shall not be included in the quote.
