Subject: The US Army War College (USAWC), Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has a requirement to replace the raised rubber floor in building 122.
Set-Aside Code: Total Small Business
Description: The US Army War College, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) requires replacement of the raised rubber flooring (approximately 1,525 SF) in the basement of building 122. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and material to remove and dispose of approximately 1,525 SF of existing raised rubber flooring, remove the adhesive from the concrete floor, prepare the concrete floor for installation of the new rubber flooring and install approximately 1,525 SF of new raised rubber flooring. The raised rubber floor shall be the round stud or coin shaped tiles. The new tiles shall be 1/8 quote mark in thickness and measure 2' by 2' in dimension. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated, using reverse auction procedures. The period of performance is expected to be 4 APR 14 through 14 APR 14. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. It is required that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with SAM (System for Award Management) at http:www.sam.gov. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 326199 and the Small Business size standard is 750 employees.
