This is a subcontracting opportunity with Management and Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Flint Hills Job Corps Center (FHJCC). Please accept this as your invitation to bid for advertising services. Bids are due on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at 3:00pm (CST).
The attached "Request For Quote (RFQ)" contains the requirements of the solicitation. The Acceptance of MTC Terms and Conditions form, W-9 and MTC Vendor Self-Certification form are provided for your convenience. All forms must be returned with the bid in order to be deemed responsive.
MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final. MTC may elect to award contract on a per deficiency basis.
