QuickBooks Workshop Development & Facilitation

Facilitators will be compensated at the rate of $15 per hour of work in both
developing and teaching this workshop. Empowerment Group will not pay for the
facilitators time in excess of 16 hours developing the course materials or in excess of
4 hours in teaching the course. Time spent on this project will not exceed 20 hours in
total, and compensation from the Empowerment Group will not exceed the total price
of $300.

Interested parties will be called upon to create a four-hour introductory workshop to
teach small business owners how to use QuickBooks to manage their business
finances.
