Quick Copy, Duplicating
This contract shall be for the production of short to medium run fast schedule flyers, brochures and publications
requiring single color and multiple color copying/duplicating. This contract is primarily for use by state agencies within
the Albany, N.Y. Tri-Cities area (Albany, Troy, Schenectady); however, state agencies outside of this area may
participate in this contract with the concurrence of the contractor. Contractor will be permitted to bill for delivery
charges for shipments outside of the tri-cities area and must submit documentation of freight charges with their voucher.
If this contract is awarded to a vendor outside of the tri-cities area, contractor will be responsible for all delivery costs
incurred, including overnight mail for agencies to deliver material to the contractor.
