The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award on a sole source basis, under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (dollar threshold of $150,000), a firm fixed price award to Quest Analytics, LLC, 15 Park Place, Suite 300, Appleton, WI 54914 for a project entitled "Quest Analytics Suite Desktop Edition", licenses maintenance renewal. This is a requirement for a licenses renewal for the purchase of the maintenance for the Quest Analytics software and Beneficiary File to support the Health Plan Management System (HPMS) application review process. The NAICS Code is 511210. The period of performance is from 8/24/14 to 8/23/15 and two additional Option Year periods.
