ROSEBURG DISTRICT QUARRY ROCK CRUSHING
This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm-fixed price construction contract for Quarry Rock Crushing for the Roseburg District Office that will involve clearing and grubbing, removing and stockpiling overburden, any necessary exploratory testing, developing the Quarry, and production of Surface Course Aggregate. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The estimated performance period is from October 1, 2017 through January 29, 2018. The NAICS code is 212319 and the small business size standard 500 employees. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 6, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
