Quality Assurance Services in Bangladesh
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for quality assurance services supporting the design and construction of projects throughout Bangladesh.
The projects will support the Humanitarian Assistance Program for the United States Pacific Command. The intent of the program is to strengthen alliances and partnerships in the region, and leverage local capability for completing humanitartian projects.
The U.S. Government will require quality assurance and program management services to assist in oversight for the construction of the projects throughout Bangladesh.
The indefinite delivery indefinite quantity award(s) will be based upon the best value to the Government considering the price and non-price factors cited in the solicitation.
