NORA through this RFP is seeking from qualified real estate developers
with solid track record and documented financial capacity to successfully
complete relevant residential Project (s) to create mixed-income homeownership
developments in Central City. For the purpose of this RFP, Central City is the
area bounded by Saint Charles Avenue, Washington Avenue, South Claiborne
Avenue and Martin Luther King Junior Blvd.
