Qualifications and Value Based Proposal Request for Architectural and Engineering Services
The University of Minnesota intends to contract with an Architectural/Engineering and
Planning consultant team to provide professional services for the following for four
separate, but related projects:
1. Expansion of the University Recreation Center (URC)
Programming and pre-design services
Full architectural/engineering services for the University Recreation Center
expansion project after approval of pre-design documents by University
administration and receipt of funding.
2. Renovation of Cooke Hall
Forensic Study
Programming and pre-design services
3. Development of an Exercise/Wellness Center
Programming and pre-design services
4. West Bank Campus Satellite Recreation Center
Preliminary programming for future facility
