The City of San Diego Office of Homeland Security (OHS) is soliciting bids to
provide professional consulting services in developing an emergency plan to establish
and operate a mega-shelter at Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego, CA. The contractor
shall accomplish the Scope of Services specified in this request at a price not-toexceed
$24,000 for the six-month term of this contract. This not-to-exceed fixed price
includes: professional fees for consulting, and expenses related to travel,
transportation, lodging and meals.
