The 502nd Contracting Squadron, 2250 Engineer Street, Bldg 4196, San Antonio, Texas 78234, is issuing combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339950, Sign Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 Employees. Solicitation number FA3016-14-T-0048 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) for Brand Name specific items: Q-Matic Solution; see attached redacted Brand Name Justification. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74, effective 30 May 2014. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price contract for Q-Matic Solutions System to operate with existing Q-Matic Solutions System and relocation of the existing Q-Matic System to a new facility within .5 miles at Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234, in support of the 802d Force Support Squadron Manpower Personnel Office.
