Q-Flow Equipment Upgrade
This is a Sources Sought Notice of the Government's intent to award a 100% Small Business set-aside contract to facilitate the upgrade and expansion of the Fort Meade Medical Activity (MEDDAC) Q-Flow Pharmacy kiosks, hardware and equipment. The Fort Meade MEDDAC consists of Medical Treatment Facilities at Kirk Army Health Clinic, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Barquist Army Health Clinic, Fort Detrick, MD, Dunham Army Health Clinic, Carlisle Barracks, PA, Andrew Rader Army Health Clinic, Fort Meyer, VA and Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Fort Meade, MD. This acquisition will be solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334118 - Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000.
The contractor shall provide, to include but not limited to, the following equipment and hardware:
PC Panel Color Touch Screens with vertical mount thermal printer - 3 Each
Table Top Self-Serve Kiosk - 10 Each
Stand for Self-Serve Kiosk - 10 Each
Kiosk Barcode Reader (2D) - 10 Each
Optical Scanner OHI Capture on Kiosk - 10 Each
ACF Media Player - 10 Each
HDMI to CAT-6 Accessory Kit for TV's - 8 Each
On-Site Training, Implementation and Consultation
Combined Core Global Maintenance and Support
