Pyramid Model Implementation Plan
Deadline for receipt of proposals: September 23, 2009 @ 3:00 pm, Alaska Prevailing Time. Faxed, oral, or emailed proposals are not acceptable. An offerors failure to submit a proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
