This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5 as applicable, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. No set-aside is being conducted under this solicitation, the associated NAICS code is 337214 and the small business size standard is 1000. Please see the attached solicitation documents for Project Number 14LLAN028-B Loose Furniture, Signage, and Artwork Bldg. 3701 Dental Clinic Landstuhl Regional Medical Center Landstuhl, Germany. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision is included in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is to provide and install various furniture, equipment, and ancillary items for Project Number 14LLAN028-B Loose Furniture, Signage, and Artwork Bldg. 3701 Dental Clinic Landstuhl Regional Medical Center Landstuhl, Germany. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is W912DY-18-T-0138, and is attached to this announcement. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is included in Attachment A.
Site Visit: No site visit is anticipated.

This RFQ is issued under FAR subpart 13.
