The County is pleased to release this Request for Proposals (RFP) to implement a fully integrated Purchasing, Payroll, Finance and HR System. It is open to all providers of packaged Purchasing, Payroll, Finance and HR products that meet the minimum qualifications detailed below. Through this RFP, SLCo seeks to identify, acquire and implement a solution that supports the operations of Salt Lake County.
