Purchase of Wildlife Guzzlers
The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's Klamath Wildlife Area is currently
requesting quotes for two (2) Wildlife Guzzler Tanks.
A MANDATORY Bid Form is attached. You must download the attachment and use the attached
Bid Form to bid on the solicitation.
SPECIFICATIONS:
1) 1800 gallon cross-linked polyethylene flat top wildlife guzzler storage tank. Does
not include drinker ramp. Tank includes ultra violet inhibitors with 2 inch overflow
adapter (pre-installed). Tank Dimensions: 16' x 8' x 2'. Quanity 1 each.
2) 525 gallon cross-linked polyethylene upland bird guzzler tank and collection surface
including drinker ramp. Tank Dimensions: 7' x 7' x 2'. Quanity 1 each.

METHOD OF BIDDING:
BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ODFW SALEM HEADQUARTERS BUILDING. Bids must be addressed as
indicated below. Bidders are solely responsible for the means of Proposal delivery.
PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN THE DUE DATE SPECIFIED. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT
BE ACCEPTED.

Bidders may submit facsimile bids in response to this solicitation. The entire response
must arrive at the place and by the time specified.
The agency is not responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt
of the Facsimile bid [proposal] including, but not limited to the following:
-Receipt of garbled or incomplete documents.
-Availability or condition of the receiving facsimile machine.
-Incompatibility between the sending and receiving facsimile machine.
-Delay in transmission or receipt of documents.
-Failure of the Offeror to properly identify the offer documents.
-Illegibility of offers documents.
-Security and confidentiality of data.
ODFW reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, or reject in whole or in part, any or
all quotes when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the contracting
Agency, in accordance with ORS 279B.100.
