Purchase of Land, Construction of Hotel
City requests proposals (RFP) from Offerors qualified firms, individuals, groups and/or organizations who must have experience in hotel construction and management to submit proposals to City for both the purchase of Citys surplus land and the construction of a nationally franchised hotel (Hotel) adjacent to and conforming with the Convention Center, and to propose and provide a management and services arrangement for the management of the Convention Center and provision of services to the Convention Center
