Purchase of GeoSlope 2012 software.
This acquisition is for the purchase of GeoStudio software. The vendor shall supply the following software:
Licenses (upgrades from version 2007): GeoStudio 2012 (version 8) - Slope/W, Seep/W, Sigma/W, and Standard licenses Extended Support: GeoStudio 2012 Annual Maintenance (provides updates to programs, allows access to new version at no additional cost)

1) Update SLOPE/W 2007 network perpetual license (#93700) to 2012 (v8) - 3 licenses
2) Update SEEP/W 2007 network perpetual license (#93701) to 2012 (v8) - 3 licenses
3) Update SIGMA/W 2007 network perpetual license (#98931) to 2012 (v8) - 1 license
4) Update GeoStudio Standard v7 standalone perpetual licenses (#100805 & 100806) to 2012 (v8) - 2 licenses
