Purchase for a Tester, Aviation LIF
This requirement is for the HELICOPTER, BLACK HAWK UH-60A - NSN 6695-01-590-8393, Tester, Aviation LIF. The approved source is Aviation Artifacts, Inc. DBA A.A.I., CAGE 3U0F6. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 154 for the base year and each option years with a total 5 year estimate maximum quantity of 770 each. Surge requirements apply with an AMWR quantity of 2 each. Delivery terms are 50 days ARO; FOB Origin: Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be issued on or about November 18, 2019.
