THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO CHANGE THE OPENING AND CLOSING DATE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT AS FOLLOWS:
OPENING DATE: JUNE 30, 2014 / CLOSING DATE: JULY 14, 2014
This requirement is for NSN 6685-00-295-0824, Probe. The approved sources are: The Boeing Company - CAGE 76301; P/N 68-830070-217 and Kiddie Technologies Inc - CAGE 73168; P/N 04-035552-002/575. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and two option periods. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 168 each for the base year and each option years. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 131 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government anticipates using the policies contained in Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
