This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base year and four option years. The proposed award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1C item; the approved source is Ametek Inc - DBA - CAGE 61349, PN AW182AC02. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a critical application item. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAD: 24 each, the total Max Contract Quantity is 120 each. The requested delivery is: 79 Days ARO; FOB: Origin - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
