The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for purchase and install of an Intrusion Detection system located in Kansas
City, Missouri.

A highly encouraged site visit is to be determined. Please contact Megan Kelly no later than Friday February 15, 2019 for site visit information.


This solicitation and award will be in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures established in FAR Part 12 and 13. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. All work will be performed during normal business hours (0800 - 1600) Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Service Contract Act Wage Determination 2015-5105 Rev 7, Occupation Code 23160 - Electrician, Maintenance - is hereby incorporated into any resultant purchase order.


Delivery: 60 Days After Notice to Proceed


CLIN 0001 - 1 Lump Sum
Purchase and Install an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in accordance with the attached statement of work dated 07 February 2019. The contractor is responsible for all tools, equipment, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to provide a fully functional IDS system.


CLIN 0002 - 1 Lump Sum
Purchase and install weather housings in accordance with the attached statement of work dated 07 February 2019.


All provisions and clauses are listed in the attached RFQ.
