Purchase and Development
The City is requesting proposals from qualified developers who are interested in purchasing and redeveloping a certain portion of the community.
Interested developers should submit the following materials:
1. Description of project being proposed.
2. Estimated size and cost of proposed project.
3. General schedule for project.
4. Developer background and experience in similar projects.
5. If City assistance is requested, information demonstrating why such assistance is required the City in order to make the project feasible.
6. Evidence of financial ability of developer to complete project.
7. Information on how the proposed project will complement the other public and private development and redevelopment activities in the City.
8. A list of at least five current references that have relevant knowledge concerning the development teams ability to plan, design, construct and manage similar projects. Names, affiliations, addresses, and current telephone numbers of all references must be provided.
9. Contact person for project.
