Purchase and Delivery of Fiberglass Rearing Troughs

Bid Form to bid on the solicitation.
The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's South Santiam Hatchery is seeking bids on
three (3) fiberglass Troughs.
SPECIFICATIONS:
14 feet long 3 feet in width and 3 feet high.
A stiffening flange must be included along the entire perimeter of the top of the trough.
The top of the trough must be molded from fiberglass using a 3/16 inch fiberglass matt.
The trough construction must have 6 layers of 3 ounce fiberglass matt with a center
support structure which will only allow 1\8 inch deflection per side at the mid point of
the trough. The minimum trough thickness when complete shall not be less than inch.
The internal side of the trough must be smooth and have screen slots at the outflow end.
The gel coat surface must be dark grey.
The troughs must be free standing with the framework built into the trough making the
total height 42 inches.
The outflow end must have a 4 inch IPS slip by slip 90 degree elbow.

The agency is not responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt
of the Facsimile bid [proposal] including, but not limited to the following:
-Receipt of garbled or incomplete documents.
-Availability or condition of the receiving facsimile machine.
-Incompatibility between the sending and receiving facsimile machine.
-Delay in transmission or receipt of documents.
-Failure of the Offeror to properly identify the offer documents.
-Illegibility of offers documents.
-Security and confidentiality of data.
ODFW reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, or reject in whole or in part, any or
all quotes when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the contracting
Agency, in accordance with ORS 279B.100.
