This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is for the purchase and installation of wireless ventilator alarms for Northport VAMC, VISN 3
CLIN0001 The vendor shall provide and install the 55 slim line Level 5 Security Screens to 55 window settings located at Building 20 and Building 21 for the Northport VAMC.
CLIN0002 Delivery and install 55 Slim line Level 5 Security Screens.
Bid MUST be good for 60 calendar days after close of Buy.
