The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 267 each up to 1467 each maximum of a Pump, Submerged, Airc, NSN: 2915-01-453-6117, Part Number: S6130-63015-003 applicable to the BE Blackhawk Helicopter system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 267 each, 236 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 267 each, 2nd Year, 300 each, 3rd Year, 300 each , 4th Year, 300 each, and 5th Year, 300 each. This item is restricted to PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 26433 and SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE CODE 78286. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the currect version of DoD-STD-100.

All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
